Lotus pose

To do this pose, sit on the ground with your legs tied. Now open your hands and straighten them and slowly move sometimes to the right and sometimes to the left. In this exercise, you have to get up lightly from the ground and move to the other side.

Reverse pose

To do this exercise, lie down straight on the ground and then band the legs and extend them towards the stomach. With this exercise of reversing the legs, the muscles will become strong and you will be able to feel better in a few days.

Narrow squat

To do the exercise, stand straight by tying the feet and then put both the hands on the waist. Keep the space of the feet the same and do the exercise of squats. In this pose, you have to sit and get up, but keep in mind that there should be no space between the legs.

Overhead squat

During this pose, stand straight and open your legs. Now keep the hands straight upwards and do the exercise of up-down. Thai will get benefits from this pose.

Front plank

For this, you have to come in the position of push ups. In this pose, first the head has to be brought inwards towards the stomach and then the lower area has to be pushed forward.

Food and drink

Along with exercise, special care has to be taken of food as well. For this, eat banana daily because it contains potassium and B6 which increase the production of sex hormones. Apart from this, watermelon, the seasonal fruit of summer, is also beneficial. Pomegranate can also be eaten in fruits because it improves blood flow in the body.
