Another surprising thing has come to light in the report that these apps have dangerous malware present for the last 6 months which was not being identified.

Has targeted users in these countries

Bitdefender's report has revealed that this malware takes users to some other site and then works to ask users for bank details. So far this adware has targeted users living in South Korea, America, Germany, Brazil, France and UK.

Adware did not come from Google Play Store like this

It is worth noting that these apps are not available on the Google Play Store, but these apps have been downloaded by the users through third party websites. After the users download the APK file, it is installed in the Android device.

One special thing about these dangerous apps is that they do not create visible icons on the home screen. Even if someone comes to know about these apps, it is very difficult to uninstall these apps completely from the phone. This is because after uninstalling these apps, if the device is rebooted, then these apps again make their place in the phone. This means that it is not so easy to remove these apps from the phone.
