Poor heart health

Dr. Jugal says that we should consider obesity as a disease. Its worst effect is on the heart. Because due to accumulation of fat on the heart, it is not able to work properly. If the health of the heart is affected, the system of breathing deteriorates and we are not able to breathe comfortably. The arteries are troubled by the accumulation of fat around the heart.

Dr. Jugal says that when we lift weights continuously, pain starts in our joints. Exactly the same is with body weight. If the weight of the body increases more, then the joints suffer. One should be kept under control from the beginning so that the health of the feet does not deteriorate.

Liver and kidney damage

Dr. Jugal says that if there can be a complaint of fat accumulation on the kidney and liver, the important parts of the body. This fat creates a kind of pressure due to which these organs are not able to function properly. The condition of fatty liver is also similar and if it is not treated, it can lead to a fatal condition, liver failure.

Masculinity problem

Do you know that obesity also lowers the quality of sperm. This is called oligospermia and according to experts, less sperm is produced in obese people. Increased sugar also increases the risk of diabetes.
