Dr. Kumar says that after the age of 40, the problem of obesity is being seen more in women. Blockage is also being found in the heart arteries of women of this age group. It is related to poor lifestyle and not taking care of diet. Some women are also getting complaints of diabetes. That's why it is necessary to control obesity. Control obesity in these ways
Exercise at least 15 minutes a day
Don't take fried food in diet
Avoid eating street food
Don't drink and smoke
Don't take mental stress
Get at least eight hours of sleep a night
Control cholesterol in the body
Do not take too much fat food in the diet
Include seasonal fruits and green vegetables in the diet
