Russia-Ukraine War: Why did the Russian army return from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, Putin revealed the secret

The war between Russia and Ukraine started on February 24 last year. Since then the war is going on continuously. Due to the war, both the countries especially Ukraine had to suffer a lot.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has made a big disclosure. Putin said that Ukraine had made an agreement with Russia in March 2022 when the Russian army reached the city of Kiev with hundreds of tanks last year. According to the agreement, if the Russian army returns from Kiev, then Ukraine will accept those conditions of Russia, that is, Ukraine will limit its military capability and will not try to become a member of NATO.

The delegation of Ukraine also signed the agreement held in Istanbul on the initiative of Turkish President Erdogan. The Russian President said that after the agreement, when the Russian army returned from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, Ukraine betrayed and turned its back on its words.

Putin showed the documents of the agreement to the African delegation

A delegation of African countries is visiting both the countries to end the Russia-Ukraine war. The African delegation first met President Zaleski of Ukraine and then came to Russia to meet President Putin. Putin told the African delegation that Russia wanted to solve the problem through dialogue, but the other side (Ukraine) violated the agreements.

Putin also showed African leaders the documents of that agreement signed in Istanbul last year. The Russian President said that after the agreement between Russia and Ukraine, NATO sent the then British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to Kiev and under pressure from Britain, Ukraine withdrew from that agreement.

This agreement was between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul

According to the agreement made in Turkey, Russia had to withdraw its army from the northern part of Ukraine i.e.- Kiev, Sumy, Chernihiv, in return Ukraine had to reduce its army by fifty percent. Apart from this, Ukraine will have to become a neutral country. Ukraine will have to have better relations on both sides i.e. with Russia and European countries.

To implement this agreement, America, China, Belarus, Turkey and some other countries were selected as guarantors. Russia believes that Britain terminated this agreement. After this, a law was made in Ukraine that there would be no talks with Russia in the future.
