Natural sugar is present in dates. Consumption of dates can prove to be very helpful in maintaining the sugar level in the body. Apart from this, it contains many nutrients which make us strong from inside. You can make laddoos of dates and cashews at home. For this, you will need 500 grams of seedless dates, 100 grams of nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts), some pistachios, 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds, half a bowl of ghee and some cardamom powder.

Make dates and cashew laddoos like this: First make a coarse paste of dates and then roast it in a pan with ghee. During this, add coarsely ground nuts to it and roast them. Switch off the flame and mix poppy seeds and cardamom powder in it. When it cools down a bit, give the desired size to the dessert.

Coconut Ladoo Coconut Laddu

By the way, coconut laddoos can also satisfy the craving for sweets to a great extent. For this you will need 1 cup freshly grated coconut powder, 2 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp natural sweetener, 1/4th coconut milk, some black salt and nutmeg powder. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated dry coconut to it and fry a little. After frying, mix all the things in it and let it cook for a while. When the batter cools down a bit, give it the shape of a laddu. By storing them, you can calm the craving of sugar whenever you want.

Fenugreek seeds laddoos. Methi Laddu

For this, 100 grams fenugreek, half liter milk, 250 grams wheat flour, 250 grams ghee, 100 grams gum, nuts, jaggery, black pepper, cumin, dry ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg powder will be required. Grind fenugreek and boil it in milk and leave it for 8 to 10 hours. Put ghee in the pan and fry the soaked fenugreek. Fry the gum in the remaining ghee and then fry the flour in the ghee. Now melt jaggery in ghee and make sugar syrup. Mix all the powders in it. Mix all the things and give the shape of laddus by adding glue.
