What is SDM?
If we talk about SDM, then it is a sub-divisional magistrate, who is the highest officer of a tehsil or subdivision. He also works on a small area like DM and has powers like DM. What is collector?
If we talk about the collector, then the highest ranked employee of the revenue administration is the collector. A collector gets from the Land Revenue Code, 1959.
