People all over the world try to keep themselves healthy by doing yoga regularly. Yoga Day is celebrated every year on June 21 to explain or make people aware of how beneficial yoga is or how important it is to do it.
Some time is needed to do yoga, but most people are not able to take time out of their busy life. By the way, if you want, you can do yoga in the bed after waking up in the morning. There are many such yogasanas which can be done in bed or on the bed itself. Start doing these Yogasanas from today itself to remove stress or keep you healthy.
Balasana. Balasana
By doing this yogasana, fatigue is removed and energy remains throughout the day. To do this Yogasana, which gives relief to the spine, hips and shoulders, first sit on the bed. Bend the legs backwards and then tilt forward keeping the body straight. Keep your head on the ground and keep your hands straight.
Sukhasana. Sukhasana
It is very easy to do this asana. For this, tie your legs and sit and keep both the wrists on the knees. Now close your eyes in yoga posture and breathe. This asana removes stress and mental fatigue.
Boating. Naukasana
To do this asana, lie down on the back and then lift the legs slightly and keep the hands behind the thighs. During this, lift the head slightly up. Keep the abdominal muscles tight and keep doing breathing exercises. By doing this asana, the muscles of the lower part get strength and the problems of the intestines also go away.
Vajrasana. Vajrasana
To do this asana, bend the legs backwards and rest the hips on the soles. Keep your hands on your knees and close your eyes and breathe. Try to keep the back straight. By doing this asana, digestion i.e. the digestive system gets strengthened. The advantage of doing yoga is that it increases flexibility in the body. Stress also stays away and the body remains energetic.
