Badass 2.0: Specifications of the new Seltos

Kia claims that the new Seltos will get the most powerful engine in the segment. At the same time, it has been introduced with five transmission options. The 1.5L petrol engine and 1.5L turbo-diesel engine have been retained in the Seltos facelift. Apart from this, the company has introduced a 1.5L turbo-petrol engine replacing the 1.4L. The new engine will be mated to a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Talking about the features of the new Seltos, it will get a dual screen setup, which includes a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen. Apart from this, new sage green color (X Line) and new black and white (GT Line) interior theme will be available for the interior.

It will also get ADAS support along with 17 autonomous safety features. The benefit of 32 safety features has been given in the new Seltos. This car comes with safety features like dual-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, 8-inch head-up display, electronic parking brake, Bose 8 speaker system, forward collision warning assist, blind spot collision warning.
