There the couple was told that along with a hole in the heart, there are many other problems, in such a situation, if the pregnancy is continued, then the life of the woman can be in danger. In such a situation, the woman and her husband reached the High Court for permission to have an abortion. The complete condition of the woman was told in the court and the report of the doctors was submitted. Seeing the full report and the threat to the life of the woman, the High Court allowed the abortion.

484 gram baby born

After this, on August 9, BMC's lawyer Sagar Patil informed the court that the woman has given birth to a baby weighing 484 grams and the condition of the woman is fine at the moment, but the court, seeing the seriousness of the matter, clearly said That the woman and the child should not be discharged from the hospital until the woman is fully recovered. Along with this, the court has also directed not to take the newborn out of the hospital. Now the next hearing in this matter will be on 21 August.
