In India till now people like chaat, pakoras and samosas but in today's time people are fond of momos. You will see a momos stall in every street. Momos are served in many ways, but most people like to eat it steamed and while eating it think that they are eating something healthy. If you also consider momos to be healthy, then know the disadvantages of its health here.

Eating momos increases the risk of these diseases

Diabetes

A report published in the US Department of Agriculture states that frequent consumption of momos made from fine flour can increase blood sugar levels in the body. Because of which people are becoming victims of diabetes.

weak bones 

Maida is also called refined flour, to make it, protein and fiber are separated from wheat. In such a situation, when you eat more momos, then this flour goes into your body and starts absorbing the calcium of the bones. 

hemorrhoid

Eating momos made of fine flour can cause piles problem. Constipation can be caused by eating momos and due to its spicy sauce, you also increase the risk of constipation.

cancer 

In some places, monosodium glutamine (MSG) is also used to make momos, which increases its taste, but it also increases the risk of cancer manifold. 

heart diseases

The amount of sodium in the chutney with momos is very high, so it can also increase the blood pressure. Due to increase in BP, the risk of many heart related diseases like heart stroke, heart attack also increases.
