This battery operated scooter was introduced in the international market last month. The new scooter from Germany's popular auto brand has a special connection with TVS. According to the registration plate of the e-scooter, it could be manufactured at TVS' plant.
There is a business partnership between two giants of the automobile industry – TVS Motor and BMW. Under this, BMW's electric scooter will be made in TVS's manufacturing facility. According to reports, the BMW electric scooter has been spotted around the Sringeri area of Karnataka during testing.

The BMW CE 02 electric scooter will get a 3.5-inch TFT screen. This screen comes with Bluetooth connectivity. Apart from this, features like LED headlight, USD front fork, raised handlebar are available. The upcoming scooter rides on 14-inch wheels. Disc brake support will be available on either side of it.
BMW CE 02: Battery and range
Single and dual lithium-ion battery pack options will be available in BMW CE 02. Each of these battery packs has a capacity of 2kWh. The single battery pack version weighs 119 kg. This version can run at a top speed of 45 kmph. On full charge, this scooter will cover a distance of 45 kilometers.
The double battery pack model weighs 132 kg. This scooter can catch a top speed of 95 kmph. At the same time, once full charge will get a range of 90 kilometers.
