A close fight was witnessed this weekend between Sunny Deol and Ayushmann Khurrana. Dream Girl 2 did a business of Rs 10.69 crore on Friday, the day of its release. It was the 15th day of Gadar 2 and on that day Gadar 2 earned Rs 7.1 crore. Similarly, Dream Girl 2 earned 14.02 crores and Gadar 2 earned 13.75 crores on Saturday. Even on Sunday, a close fight was witnessed and Ayushmann's film earned 16 crores and Sunny Deol's film did a business of around 16.10 crores.
Gadar 2 has earned a whopping Rs 456.05 crore in 17 days. This is also a record. Pathan took 18 days to cross the Rs 450 crore mark and Bahubali 2 took 20 days, while Gadar 2 did it in just 17 days. Gadar 2 is now at number two in the list of all-time Hindi grosser films. Just ahead of Gadar 2 is Pathan, which has earned Rs 543 crore.
