In fact, due to dengue, the platelet count starts falling rapidly. This problem is more troubling in children.

It has also been seen that doctors ask to wait for two to three days in case of fever. Dr. Mithilesh says that in case of fever during monsoon, a dengue test should be done immediately.

Dengue symptoms in children

3. Pain in the muscles, joints and eyes of children is also a sign of dengue.

4. If the child is refusing to eat or drink or is constantly having problems with loss of appetite, then immediately get dengue-malaria checked.

2. Give coconut water to the child as it has the ability to increase the count of platelets

3. Citrus fruits or things can also maintain the count of platelets. Because they contain a lot of vitamin C

4. If the child is going out, send him wearing full sleeve clothes. Especially don't send them to play in the park even by mistake.

5. Apart from cleaning the house, keep cleaning the water tank as well. Because dengue larvae accumulate the most here.
