Due to which problems like food poisoning, diarrhea, stomach cramps and vomiting can occur.
How to eat sprouted grains
- Now it comes to the point that if sprouted grains are harmful, then how should we consume it? So first of all you should sprout clean and chemical free grains at your home. Sprouts packet should not be brought from the market.
- To germinate the grain, do not keep it tied in a cloth for a long time. You sprout from it in just 5 to 7 hours.
- Instead of eating sprouted grains raw, you can consume it by boiling it lightly or frying it in butter, this can eliminate the bacteria present in it.
