The first thing you have to do is make the rice and then keep it in the fridge. Doing this converts rice starch into resistance starch, which reduces its damage. Apart from this, by keeping rice in the fridge overnight, it becomes probiotic, which keeps the digestive system correct and it helps in protecting you from many diseases.
