FIR lodged against Congress leaders Priyanka Gandhi, Kamal Nath and Arun Yadav in Indore, know what is the whole matter

Indore: An FIR has been registered against Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, former Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath and former Union Minister Arun Yadav. This FIR has been registered in Indore's Sanyogitaganj police station in the viral letter case of 50% commission. A case has been registered against these leaders under section 420, 469 of IPC. Please tell that on the basis of the viral letter, Priyanka had accused Shivraj government of taking 50% commission. Top BJP leaders including CM Shivraj had termed these allegations as baseless. 

Arun Yadav said this on registration of FIR

On the registration of the FIR, former Congress State President and former Union Minister Arun Yadav tweeted that when the leaders of the Congress party are not afraid of the executions of the British, then they will not be afraid of the FIR of the ideology that licks their feet. Our leader Rahul Gandhi says don't be afraid. Earlier we fought with the whites, now we will fight with 50 percent commission holders.

What did Priyanka Gandhi say?

Priyanka Gandhi on Friday claimed on Twitter that an association of contractors from Madhya Pradesh has written to the Chief Justice of the High Court complaining that they get paid only after paying 50 per cent commission. He alleged, “The corrupt BJP government in Karnataka used to charge 40 per cent commission. The BJP government in Madhya Pradesh has gone ahead by breaking its own record of corruption. The people of Karnataka removed the government with 40 percent commission from power, now the people of Madhya Pradesh will remove the government with 50 percent commission from power. 

Responding to this allegation, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that Congress in Madhya Pradesh is doing politics with a disgusting mindset without any issue. The minister claimed, the state Congress leaders first got Rahul Gandhi to lie and now got Priyanka Gandhi to post a lie. Priyanka ji, provide proof of the allegations made in your post, otherwise we have all options open for (legal) action. (input: also from language)
