From judge Neha Kakkar to host Aditya Narayan, all were replaced, know why there was a big change in Indian Idol

The new season of Indian Idol is making a comeback with a new twist. Yes, neither the judges of the show Himesh Reshammiya and Neha Kakkar, nor the host of the show Aditya Narayan will be involved in Sony TV's singing reality show Indian Idol season 14. Apart from Vishal Dadlani, the makers have made many changes in this show and with some new old faces, Indian Idol is ready to knock on the small screen of TV once again. Let us tell you, the first season of Indian Idol went on air 19 years ago in 2004.

Hussain Kuwajarwala hosted the second season of Indian Idol, then in the year 2015 i.e. 8 years ago, Hussain hosted Indian Idol Junior. This was his last show on TV as a host, now once again Hussain Kuwajarwala is all set to anchor on TV with Indian Idol. His fans are also eager to see this favorite actor on TV once again. Like Hussain, Shreya Ghoshal is also returning to Indian Idol as a judge. Shreya did this show 10 years ago i.e. in 2013 as an Indian Idol junior judge.

Kumar Sanu's entry

This season, Kumar Sanu has also entered Indian Idol. Till now, he has encouraged the contestants by coming on the show as a guest judge many times, but now for the first time he will play the responsibility of the judge for the whole season. Amidst all these changes, the makers have not replaced Vishal Dadlani.

Learn why there was a change in programming

Actually, Indian Idol season 13, which started after Indian Idol 12 became a super hit, could not show anything special on TRP. Neha Kakkar was missing from the show in several episodes of the last season and Aditya Narayan had already announced that season 13 would be his last Indian Idol and he wanted to take a break from the show. Talking about Himesh Reshammiya, he is currently associated with Zee TV's music reality show 'Sa Re Ga Ma', that's why the makers replaced him with Kumar Sanu.
