Maharashtra is at the second position with 48 projects and Uttar Pradesh at the third position with 45 projects in this category.

692 projects of Gujarat got funds in 10 years

However, Gujarat ranks second in the country with a share of 14 per cent in the total cost of projects sanctioned by banks/financial institutions. According to the RBI bulletin, in the last 10 years i.e. between 2013-14 to 2022-23, the country's banks and financial institutions have had maximum faith in Gujarat's development projects. In the last 10 years, 692 development projects of Gujarat have received funds. This number is the highest number of development projects receiving funds in any state.
