But after this, the victim received a call from a person claiming to be a railway employee, this person started giving instructions to the victim in both English and Hindi.

The victim kept following the words of this person, who called himself a railway employee, and suddenly a blue color mark appeared on the screen of this person's laptop, and then what was the control of his device in the hands of the scammers. I went. Not only this, this person also made a mistake that this person had told everything about his bank account details and ATM card number.

From this mark appearing on the screen, it can be clearly understood that Malware was being installed in the device. It is generally seen that scammers install malware to take control of the victim's device.

When the cyber cell team of the police investigated, it was found that the scammers had downloaded an app named Rest Desk to get control of the phone. By taking access to the phone, the scammers took away a total of Rs 4 lakh 05 thousand 919 from the account.
