I have been saying this for the last two years that retirement from international cricket in 2023 should be my target. Now more than ever I feel comfortable that I have represented my country to the best of my ability. It has been a great honor for me to play for Pakistan at the international level. I may be closing this chapter now but I am all set for a new adventure in franchise cricket. I am sure that I will continue to entertain and inspire fans in the same way while playing alongside the best talent in the world.
