Now add half an inch piece of ginger, 1/4th spoon of fennel, cinnamon piece, 1/4th spoon of celery, 1 cardamom, 2 to 3 basil leaves and 1 spoon of jaggery. After boiling everything well, filter it in a cup. Your jaggery tea is ready, drink it 1 hour before lunch or in the evening.
