Modi government gave bumper gift to railways, check of 32,500 crores will be used for rejuvenation

Now the development of railways in the country will accelerate further. The central government has approved 7 big projects for this. Decisions on these projects were taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. The Central Government believes that with the commencement of work on these projects, the Indian Railways will become modern and the facilities will also be better than before. The special thing is that under these projects, new railway lines will also be laid at many places in the country. Along with this, the railway line will also be upgraded. For this, the government has fixed an estimated cost of Rs 32,500 crore.

Out of this, 508 railway stations across the country will be modernized at a cost of Rs 4195 crore. Passengers will be provided all kinds of modern facilities at these stations. The special thing is that all these works for the development of railways will be done under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dream project Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Along with this, 16 railway stations will also be modernized in Haryana. 608 crore rupees will be spent for this.

This is how stations will be developed

It is being said that all the stations of Haryana will be developed on the basis of culture and heritage of the state. That is, paintings related to the artwork of Haryana will also be engraved on the walls of the stations. So that the travelers of other states can know the culture of Haryana closely. According to sources, most of the railway projects have been passed for those states where assembly elections are going to be held in the coming months.

Sleeper trains will be ready

At the same time, there is news that Indian Railways can also bring Vande Bharat sleeper trains for long distances. He is preparing for this. By next year, the first batch of Vande Bharat sleeper trains will arrive. Similarly, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav had said that sleeper bogies will be prepared for Vande Bharat trains at the Integral Coach Factory in Chennai. Then he had said that the manufacture of sleeper coaches would start in the factory from December. The special thing is that by March next year some sleeper trains will be ready.
