Mumbai: Woman crossed the limits of inhumanity, threw acid on pet dog, TV actress Jaya Bhattacharya and her team saved his life

 A surprising case has come to light from Mumbai in Maharashtra. Here a woman threw acid on a pet dog, injuring it badly. A case has been registered against the woman who threw the acid. The woman says that this acid was thrown to separate the dog from the cat. CCTV footage of this incident has also come to the fore, on the basis of which the Malvani police is investigating. According to the information received, one eye of the dog has gone due to acid. Brownie is rescued by TV actress Jaya Bhattacharya and her team. The dog was taken to Jaya's NGO Thank You Earth, which provides rescue and treatment to animals in need.

What is the whole matter?

Mumbai Suburban Malad (W) Malvani Police has registered a case against a 35-year-old woman. This woman had thrown acid on a dog living in her building, due to which the dog was badly injured. After the CCTV footage of the incident surfaced, the police registered a case and started investigation.

Police said that the complainant Balasaheb Tukaram Bhagat has told that the incident took place on August 16 at around 12.25 pm. The name of the accused woman is Shabista Suhail Ansari. Actually a dog named Brownie living in the building was playing with a cat. He injured the cat while playing. After which the accused woman threw acid on the dog. 

The dog (brownie) got a serious eye injury due to acid spill. The incident of throwing acid was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the building, on the basis of which the police have registered a case against the woman.

DCP's statement came out

In this case, DCP Ajay Bansal said that on the basis of the complainant's complaint and CCTV, the Malvani police have registered a case against the accused woman. The incident is being investigated.
