Step 1 to make sweets

Take sugar, green cardamom and five to six cashews in a mixer grinder and prepare a fine powder. If you want, you can add flavor essence. Keep in mind that all these things should be very finely ground.

step 2

Take coconut powder and put it in the mixer grinder and grind it well to make a fine powder.

step 3

Transfer all the ground ingredients into a bowl and add half a cup of milk powder to enhance the taste. It tastes just like Mawa (khoya).

Add milk little by little with a spoon to all the ingredients kept in the bowl and mix well. Knead the mixture in such a way that a smooth dough (like dough) is prepared from it. Add one to two spoons of desi ghee to it.

step 5

After this, spread foil paper or butter paper in a tray. If both these things are not there, then grease the plate well with ghee. Divide the prepared mixture into four parts and make long rolls and keep them in the tray.
