Journey of Samarjeet Singh Gaikwad 

Samarjitsinh Ranjitsinh Gaikwad was born on 25 April 1967 to Ranjitsinh Pratapsinh Gaikwad and Shubhangini Raje. He was a former first-class cricketer and administrator. He went to the Doon School, where he enrolled and led the domestic cricket, football and tennis teams. 

He has wealth of more than 20 thousand crores. 

In May 2012, after the death of his father, Samarjeet Singh was crowned Maharaja. The royal ceremony was held at the Lakshmi Vilas Palace on 22 June 2012. Samarjeet Singh got the ownership of Laxmi Vilas Palace in 2013. According to Financial Express, Samarjitsinh Gaikwad has received a total inheritance fund of over Rs 20,000 crore.
