4. Breathing problem: Stress can affect the respiratory system, due to which people may have difficulty in breathing. 

5. Weakness of the immune system: Constant stress can weaken the body's immune system, which makes it difficult to fight diseases. 

6. Problems in bones and joints: Stress can cause swelling and pain in bones and joints. 

7. Effects on male and female glands: Stress can lead to menstrual problems, lack of sexual desire and other hormonal problems.  

Yoga, meditation, exercise, proper diet, good sleep and positive thinking can help us deal with stress.
