In view of the upcoming assembly elections, there will be a meeting of the BJP Central Election Committee in Delhi this evening. In this meeting, the preparations for the assembly elections to be held in five states (Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Telangana and Mizoram) will be discussed. According to sources, in this meeting of BJP CEC, there may be churning on the weak seats of Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
In this meeting, 15 members including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda will attend. Candidate selection and campaign strategy are also expected to be discussed in the meeting.
