On 1 February 2016, a 75-year-old woman was found dead in her flat in a society in Mumbai. The police registered a case and arrested the guard of the society. In the initial investigation, the police told that the guard was threatened due to the water problem in the society, so he committed the murder. But, after three years of arrest, the police also charged him with rape. For this, the police also presented semen samples and traces of blood that fell on the pants in the court. But later it came to know that all the evidences were deliberately fabricated by the police.

All evidence turned out to be false

Actually, the evidence presented in the court turned out to be false. The Mumbai court, while releasing the guard of the society, said that since the arrest, the accused was under the purview of the police. The court also admitted that the evidence presented by the police, in which semen samples were found, was deliberately planted. According to the lawyer appearing for the accused, the police deliberately made the guard masturbate on his pants, which was later presented before the court as evidence.
