This type of routine helps in reducing the level of bad cholesterol and BP also remains under control. Along with this, memory also improves. It is also very effective in controlling weight, but it should not be done too much. Due to this, there is a risk of deficiency of many types of proteins and vitamins in the body. Especially people who have a lot of weakness in their body or have recovered from some serious illness a few months back, then fasting should be avoided.
