Chandrayaan-3 landed on the moon as ISRO's historic mission turned out to be a huge success and the Indian cricket team watched the entire spectacle live in Dublin ahead of the Ireland vs Ireland 3rd T20 match. Not only this, many cricketers took to social media platform X to celebrate this historic achievement and extended their wishes. At the same time, BCCI shared a video of Indian players celebrating the success of Chandrayaan-3 mission.
Virat Kohli wrote on X, "Many congratulations to the #Chandrayaan3 team. You have made the nation proud." While Indian skipper Rohit Sharma wrote on X, "First Nation to reach South Pole of Moon. Proud moment for each one of us and many congratulations to ISRO for all their efforts."
Legendary player Sachin Tendulkar wrote on X, "Vijayi Vishwa Triranga pyara, jhanda uncha rahe humara. ISRO represents the best of India. Humble, hardworking womens and mens, coming together, overcoming challenges and building our Flying the tricolor high. India should celebrate and congratulate the Chandrayaan-2 team, led by Shri K Sivan, as well as the #Chandrayaan3 team led by Shri S Somnath.
