The projects of the bankrupt Amrapali developers are now being completed under the supervision of the Supreme Court. Even then the problem of flat buyers related to it remains. Earlier the flats of these projects were not getting ready, so now there are thousands of flat buyers who are not able to take possession of their houses. For this, the receiver appointed by the Supreme Court has now issued a 'last notice'.
The number of such flat buyers is around 1100 to whom notices have been issued. A TOI report says that all these buyers have failed to verify the documents on the basis of which the flats were allotted to them.
The promoters of Amrapali Group have been jailed, so the projects of the group are now being completed under the supervision of the Supreme Court. For this, a receiver has been appointed by the court. At the same time, the responsibility of completing these projects has been given to the government construction company 'ABCC'.
These societies are included in the list
Amrapali societies whose notices have been issued to flat buyers include Centurion Park, Dream Valley-1, Leisure Valley, Platinum, Princely Estate, Sapphire-1 and 2, Silicon City-1 and 2 and Zodiac.
The court receiver has issued final notices to 1100 buyers asking them to get their documents verified. At the same time, those whose documents have been verified have also been asked to take possession of the houses as soon as possible.
This is how flat buyers will get NOC
According to the rules, the buyers who have received the notice will have to approach the court receiver monitoring the projects of Amrapali Group. Will have to show the documents and tell that there is no dues of the builder on them. The last date for this has been given on October 15. After this verification, NOC will be issued to them. On the other hand, the buyers who have got NOC have been asked to take possession of the flat by 20 September.
