Why is olive oil dangerous

Since the smoke point of olive oil is much lower than that of mustard oil, coconut oil or ghee. Because of this it heats up quickly and emits smoke.

Olive oil can cause cancer risk

In a research by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, it has been found that when the oil is heated several times or heated beyond the smoke point, its fat starts breaking down. Due to this, dangerous element causing cancer starts to be produced in the oil.

What should not be cooked in olive oil

Olive oil should never be used in foods like sprinkling lentils, frying bhature, making pakoras, frying puris, samosas, french fries and chicken fry. Use of olive oil in these things can be dangerous and harmful.
