G-20 conference is going to be held in the country. In this, people from abroad will come to India. Representatives of many organizations will attend the summit. In this summit, hospitals have also been asked to be prepared to avoid the possibility of any accident. For this, training of doctors and medical staff is also being done. AIIMS in New Delhi has also been given the responsibility for the summit. The doctors of the hospital have been asked to be ready to face any disaster situation. In this series, a training session was organized in AIIMS on Wednesday for the officers of the medical colleges of the capital Delhi. In this, doctors of AIIMS told about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) through SET facility.

In this session, the doctors explained the whole process of CPR and also gave training for it. According to doctors, the lives of cardiac arrest patients can be saved through CPR. If a patient has cardiac arrest (heart disease, in which the heart stops working suddenly), then CPR can be given as the primary treatment. This saves the life of the patient.

Although most people do not know about CPR. Many people start sprinkling water on a person's mouth when he is unconscious, but doing so should be avoided. If a person has suddenly fainted and his heartbeat is stopping, then CPR should be given immediately. Let us know about this in detail from the doctors.

What is cpr

If a person gets cardiac arrest. Means, the person suddenly starts falling unconscious and his pulse starts to go, then CPR should be given in this situation. For CPR, the person is made to lie down at that place and his chest is pumped. The chest is pushed with the palm of the hand. Pushing has to be done more than 100 times in a minute. In this process, pressure is given on the middle part of the chest with the palm of the hands. There should be no crowd around during this time. After giving CPR, the patient should be made to sit in an open place.

Cardiac arrest patient's life is saved

The advantage of CPR is that the supply of blood to the body parts starts again. This can save the life of the patient. If CPR is given to the patient of cardiac arrest on time, it can save his life. By the time he reaches the hospital, the patient recovers again.
