Many times we do not sleep at night without any reason, but you have a solution to this problem! We are going to tell you about some such drinks which can give you a comfortable sleep at night.

Bedtime Drinks : We all know how important it is to get a good night's sleep, but sometimes sleeplessness without any reason becomes a problem. In such a situation,  relief from this problem can be found by some natural and home remedies. Certain beverages have special properties that can help improve sleep and help you relax your body and get a sound sleep. You know that an adult should sleep at least 7-9 hours every night on an average, but many times sleep is not good. In such a situation, lack of sleep has a profound effect on the physical and mental health of the person. Here we will tell you some such drinks, which can be used before sleeping to get deep and comfortable sleep. 

Let's know which drinks are 

Chamomile Tea: Chamomile tea contains an element called apigen which relaxes the body and helps in deep sleep. 

Lavender Tea: The aroma of lavender is relaxing and calming, when you drink lavender tea, it calms your nervous system, leading to better sleep. 

Warm milk: Warm milk contains an amino acid called tryptophan which is beneficial for sleep as it aids in the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin and melatonin.

Almond milk: The tryptophan and magnesium present in almond milk relax the muscles, which in turn improves sleep. 

Walnut Milk: Walnuts contain a hormone called melatonin which increases the depth of sleep. 

Tulsi tea: Tulsi has anti-stress properties which give relief. 

Know what to do before sleeping 

Meditate or listen to soothing music for 20-30 minutes before sleeping. This will help to calm the mind.

Do not take caffeinated beverages, such as coffee or tea, 2 hours before bedtime.

Keep the sleeping room dark and quiet. Make the bed comfortable.
