Along with Madhya Pradesh, there will be brainstorming on the candidates of Rajasthan-Chhattisgarh, on this day the seal of approval of BJP high command will be given.

Selection of candidates in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh assembly elections is the most difficult task. The party has announced some candidates for the elections in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, but not a single list of the party has come out in Rajasthan. There is a meeting of BJP Central Election Committee on October 1, where this will be discussed.

BJP President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah returned to Delhi on Thursday after meeting in Jaipur for two days to gauge the political pulse regarding the Rajasthan Assembly elections. During this time, Nadda-Shah held a meeting with all the senior leaders of the state and brainstormed the names of the candidates and now the final seal will be given in Delhi. In view of this, the meeting of BJP Central Election Committee has been called on 1st October i.e. Sunday, in which along with Rajasthan, the names of the candidates of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will also be approved?

The names of the candidates from Rajasthan will be discussed in the meeting of BJP Central Election Committee to be held on Sunday evening. Along with this, the names of candidates from Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh are to be brainstormed. BJP has not yet released a single list of candidates for the Rajasthan elections, whereas three lists have been released for Madhya Pradesh and one for Chhattisgarh. In this way, the first list of candidates from Rajasthan can be released any day after the meeting on October 1.

Nadda-Shah had reached Jaipur regarding Rajasthan elections.

BJP President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah had reached Jaipur on Wednesday evening regarding Rajasthan elections. Both the central leaders kept meeting with the leaders of Rajasthan till late Wednesday night. Nadda and Shah held a meeting with former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, BJP State President CP Joshi, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, MP Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and other senior leaders of the state. According to sources, various issues like ticket distribution, election strategy, campaigning were discussed during this period.

Assembly seats were categorized on the basis of survey

This time BJP is in no mood to take any risk to gain power. In such a situation, BJP is trying to field only those leaders who have the power to win by giving tickets to them. This is the reason why BJP is taking very careful steps regarding tickets. There are a total of 200 seats in the state, which have been surveyed and divided into four categories. Assembly seats were made into four categories: A, B, C and D. Among these, A category seats have been the stronghold of BJP.

BJP has kept those seats in B category, where the party has been winning, but lost in the last elections. There is special attention on C and D category seats. BJP is now continuously working to win these category seats. In such a situation, BJP has decided to field Union Ministers and MPs on these weak assembly seats. It is believed that just as BJP has declared candidates for weak seats in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, similarly BJP will release the list of tickets in Rajasthan also.

Announcement of candidates in Chhattisgarh-Madhya Pradesh

BJP has released a list of candidates for Chhattisgarh Assembly elections, in which names of candidates for 21 seats have been declared. BJP will now declare the second list after the meeting on October 1. Similarly, BJP has released three lists of Madhya Pradesh candidates. There were 39 candidates in the first list and 39 candidates in the second list while the name of one candidate was announced in the third list. In this way, the fourth list of Madhya Pradesh will now be released after October 1.
