Ukraine's Defense Ministry is providing bulletproof suits to female soldiers, which includes an armored vest, a strong helmet and a special type of headphone. So that amidst Russian attacks, Ukrainian women soldiers can remain as safe and active as possible. The Central Defense Department has released a video of this safety jacket prepared for women soldiers. In which models of women's modular body armor are shown. This is a big initiative considering the development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the security of the soldiers.
The rear part of the body will also get protection
An official of the company that prepared this bulletproof suit said that 'This military item has been prepared keeping in mind the needs of women soldiers. The armored vest will not only protect the chest, abdomen and neck of the soldiers, but will also provide protection to the waist and back part of the body. Apart from this, underwear made from natural fabrics has also been prepared for women. A female military officer said that these inner wears are available in all different sizes, and are also quite comfortable for women.
According to the Ukrainian newspaper Ukrainska Pravda, these armored jackets have been prepared on the demand of female soldiers, before this the female soldiers were wearing men's clothes, due to which they were facing a lot of trouble while fighting on the frontline. Now Ukraine has prepared this lightweight, form-fitting body armor. This bulletproof suit has been specially designed for women soldiers.
Female soldiers were forced to wear men's jackets
According to the news, currently about 5,000 Ukrainian female soldiers are present in the double-risk area at the front, but they do not have the necessary protective equipment for women. The company that produces bulletproof suits said, “This poses a threat to their health and at the same time psychologically women do not feel safe. “They are forced to wear men’s bulletproof jackets, which do not fit their bodies properly.” This new bulletproof suit fits women's body better, is much lighter than men's armor and is very easy to take off.
