The human body at the age of 40 is at the peak of its capabilities, all its organs and systems work at maximum load and irreversible aging processes begin to occur. At this age the risk of developing many diseases including heart disease, stroke and cancer increases.
According to a recent research, the process of irreversible aging is mainly associated with hormonal changes, reduction in the formation of hormones, decrease in the function of sex glands and thyroid gland. It states that by the age of 40-45 men have 15% less testosterone, which leads to slowing of metabolism, loss of muscle mass, weight gain and hair loss.
Many major changes take place in the body
Along with this, due to the decrease in the production of sex hormones in women, the work of the reproductive system also slows down gradually. Like men, all processes slow down in them, the production of collagen and platelets decreases, the skin loses its elasticity and the weight increases.
