How to make Ragi Roti

Material:

Ragi flour: 2 cups

Water: as per taste

Salt: as per taste

Method:

First mix ragi flour and salt in a bowl.

Knead the dough by adding water slowly. Knead it so that there are no lumps in it.

Now divide it into small pieces and roll them with a roti rolling pin.

Bake the roti on the pan. When both sides of the roti become golden, take it out.

Ragi roti is ready. Serve it with curd, pickle, chutney or vegetable. It is very tasty and nutritious.
