Ingredients
Dates - 1 cup (remove peels and seeds)
Almonds - ½ cup
Raisins - ¼ cup
Walnuts - ½ cup
Other dry fruits (like figs, pistachios etc.) - as required
Ghee - 1 tsp (optional)
Small cardamom powder - ½ Teaspoon
Method:
Grind all the dry fruits together well.
Now add the dates and grind them again so that a thick mixture will be prepared.
If you want, heat some ghee in a pan and fry this mixture lightly. This will add more taste to the laddu.
Now add small cardamom powder.
Mix the mixture well and make it round in the shape of laddu.
Let the laddu cool for some time so that it can set.
