To prepare the dough for modak, first pour water in a pan, add some ghee and salt as per taste and let it boil. After this, add rice flour and prepare the dough while stirring. Now remove it from the pan, knead the dough well and make small balls and fill the stuffing in the shape of modaks. After this steam the modak.
