Due to this habit of his, the Gods and Goddesses started getting very upset.

One day he approached Brahmaji regarding this problem. Hearing the problems of the Gods and Goddesses, Lord Brahma sent his two Manas daughters to Lord Ganesha to get education. Lord Ganesha obeyed the orders of Lord Brahma and started teaching his two daughters. Meanwhile, whenever there was news of any marriage, Riddhi Siddhi would divert the attention of both Lord Ganesha and Mushak Raj, due to which marriages gradually started taking place. But this thing could not be hidden from Lord Ganesha for long. As soon as he came to know about this work of Riddhi Siddhi, he became very angry. He was about to curse Riddhi Siddhi when Brahmaji reached there and suggested Lord Ganesha to marry Riddhi Siddhi. Following Brahmaji's suggestion, Lord Ganesha married Riddhi Siddhi and thus he got married twice.
