Standup comedian Zakir, who participated as a guest in Sony TV's quiz reality show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 15', said that his childhood dream came true as soon as he sat on the hot seat in front of Amitabh Bachchan. In fact, he boldly said in the beginning of the episode that he likes Amitabh Bachchan's films Ajooba and Shahenshah very much. On the stage of Kaun Banega Crorepati, Zakir Khan said that he finds Amitabh Bachchan's show very interesting and he likes to watch KBC whenever he gets time.
Amitabh Bachchan looked quite impressed with Zakir Khan who was sitting on the hot seat in front of him. Zakir Khan talked about his journey and period of struggle in front of Big B. Zakir Khan said, “My father had told me to become a big personality, but he did not show me any way to do so. Walid Saheb did not tell how and how to become a big man. My father speaks very little, but he always wanted his son to talk openly with people.”
Zakir Khan could not do stand up for the first time
Talking about his journey, Zakir Khan said, “I went to Delhi and there one of my friends told me about standup comedy. To be honest, my first attempt was very bad. But I did not give up. The second time was a little better, then the third time my show was good and then I realized that this is my specialty and I am enjoying it.”

Zakir expressed his struggle
Zakir told, “I lived in Delhi for three years and I had no job. I lied to my parents that I had a job. I had a friend at that time and we were very close. If there was food, we ate together, otherwise we remained hungry. At least there was confidence that he would not die of hunger alone. I have seen what it is like to live on an empty stomach. After meeting you today, it seems that everything is possible. "Whether it's the Sydney Opera House or the Royal Albert Hall, where I'll be performing soon, it feels like I can achieve everything."
