Although there is no physical examination test for premenstrual syndrome, this disease can be detected by identifying these symptoms and the medical history of the patient. Talking about prevention of PMS, it is better to make changes in the diet as per nutrition advice and also take some supplements. Apart from this, excess salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol should be reduced from the diet.
