Rib stretching
Stand or sit straight. Place your hands on your chest in front.
Take a deep breath and take your hands behind the head, this will expand the chest.
Remain in this position for 5 seconds.
Then while exhaling, bring the hands downwards.
Slowly come back to normal position.
Repeat this process 10-15 times.
Do it 5-10 times in the beginning, then increase.
Daily exercise will increase lung capacity.
Belly Breathing
Stand or sit straight.
Slowly take deep breaths so that the stomach expands.
Try to exhale while keeping your stomach expanded.
Keep doing this for 5-10 seconds.
Then release the breath and start breathing normally.
Repeat this continuously 10-15 times.
Gradually increase the number of repetitions.
Daily exercise will improve lung capacity.
Pursed Lips Breathing
Stand or sit straight.
Pursue your lips as if you are sniffing.
Then inhale slowly and try to exhale the air through your lips.
The sound of air coming out of the mouth should be heard.
Do this for 5-10 seconds. Then relax.
Repeat this 10-15 times and increase gradually.
