Half teaspoon mustard seeds
One spoon mustard oil
2 to 3 red dry chillies
6 curry leaves
1 small chopped onion
2 green chillies chopped
a quarter teaspoon turmeric
half teaspoon red chilli powder
half teaspoon coriander powder
one and a half cup curd
half cup water
salt as per taste
Fresh coriander to garnish
Spring onion to garnish
Make curd tadka like this

First of all, heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds in it. Fry it for some time.

Now add chopped onions and green chillies to it. Fry it for 3 minutes.

After this add red chilli, turmeric and coriander powder and mix well.

Cook this masala. After this add curd in it. Add spring onion in it. Add some salt in it. Add green coriander in it. Cook it for some time. After this serve it.
