Multigrain flour is a mixture of flour from different grains which is very beneficial for health. In this, flour of grains like wheat, barley, millet, gram etc. is mixed.  Ingredients:

1. Wheat - 1 kg

2. Barley - 250 grams

3. Bajra - 250 grams

4. Corn - 250 grams

5. Ragi - 250 grams

6. Chana dal - 100 grams

7. Soybean dal - 100 grams

You can increase or decrease the quantity of these grains and pulses as per your choice and need. 

Process:

Washing and drying: Wash all the grains and pulses thoroughly and drain the water by placing them in a large sieve. Dry it in the sun.

Roasting: Roasting grains removes more water from it and makes it crispy, which makes grinding easier. Therefore, fry the grains and pulses lightly. Follow this process when you have to roast it immediately at home. If you want to grind it on a mill, you can get it grinded after it dries.

Grinding: When all the ingredients are dry, grind them in a fine mill. Or grind it on the mill. Nowadays, electric grinders are also available in the market for home use. You can use that too.

Storage: Mix the ground flour well and keep it in a dry and airtight container. 

Now your multigrain flour is ready. It can be used to make roti, parantha, chapati etc. This flour is more nutritious than normal wheat flour and contains more fiber, protein and minerals.
