UPI ATM: The first UPI ATM has arrived in India. To use it, you will not need a debit or credit card but a mobile phone. For the first time in the country, UPI-ATM has been launched by Hitachi Payment Services in collaboration with National Payments Corporation of India. Crores of UPI users of the country will benefit from this service.

Explain that about 300 million users in India use UPI. Apart from India, its services continue in many other countries also. A large population of India chooses UPI for their transactions. UPI service is also available at stations, buses, autos, paan shops, stores, etc. In such a situation, the initiative of UPI ATM can have a profound impact on the way of transaction.
About UPI ATM
UPI-ATM is a white label ATM, which provides interoperable cardless cash withdrawal facility. Customers of linked banks can withdraw cash without debit. Explain that the operations are done with non-banking institutions. Customers can withdraw Rs 10000 at a time. This is part of the daily UPI limit.
How does it work?
- Select the option of “ UPI Cash Withdrawal ” given on the screen of the UPI ATM machine .
- Then enter the amount for cash withdrawal.
- Now scan the Single Use Dynamic QR Code given on the screen with mobile.
- Enter the PIN sent to your mobile.
- After validation, cash will come from the ATM machine.
