Apart from this, the determination of one's partner holds more importance for people than physical appearance. Tinder has conducted this survey in many cities of the country including Bengaluru. In this, questions were asked to 1,018 Indian youth aged between 18 to 30 years.
According to the 'Future of Dating' study, 43% of Bengaluru Tinder users choose situationship as their current dating priority. The term situationship is used by Gen Z to describe a relationship formed without any specific plan or agenda. In this, emphasis is laid on transparency i.e. openness and independence.
