The world's richest man's company is trapped, 'Black Workers' are discriminated against

Elon Musk's company Tesla has been accused of racial discrimination against black workers in the factory. A federal commission has filed a case against the company alleging that the factory has been discriminating against black workers since 2015. The Commission has refused to enter into any kind of agreement with the company.

Elon Musk, one of the richest people in the world and owner of Tesla car company, is in the midst of controversies. A federal anti-discrimination agency has filed a case against Elon Musk's company, accusing him of misconduct and racism. The company has been accused of discriminating against black workers at the Tesla car factory in California, and action is taken against those who protest.

According to a lawsuit filed in federal court by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the company has been accused of racial discrimination against black workers since 2015. “The factory in Fremont, California, is harassing black workers and maintaining a racially hostile work environment,” the union said in court.

Ignored racial abuse

The Commission has not yet provided any clarification on the allegations leveled against Tesla. The commission alleged that black workers at the factory regularly faced "monkey" and "boy" as well as other racist slurs, including the "N-word." Higher officials working in the factory witnessed this racial abuse, but did not intervene. The company has deliberately maintained such an attitude towards a particular class.

Demand for compensation for workers

It was told in the lawsuit that the black employees who complained about discrimination and racist behavior against them were forced to adapt to that environment. The Commission said that it cannot make any kind of agreement with Tesla. He has demanded compensation for the workers. The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, which enforces civil rights laws in the state, said it had received hundreds of complaints from workers.

In the year 2021, women also accused the company and said that they feel unsafe at the workplace. She had also filed a case against the sexual harassment that happened to her. A black employee was also awarded millions of dollars in a separate racism case.
